    Hello! We are currently looking at options for employees who have reached the maximum number of hours in their sick leave banks. Would any of you be willing to share how you approach this and/or any policies you have written? Thank you!

    We allow 90 days of sick leave in each employees bank so once they reach that they do not accrue until some is used.

    We allow them to carry as much as they can throughout the year but then by 12/31 they lose everything over the carryover.

    We're softies during the year though and let them carry as much as they can on vacation and sick. Just by end of year it goes back to the limit
