The attached document is an Urgent Notice that provides important information regarding a third-party cybersecurity breach that has affected the personal information of LOPFI’s membership.  The Urgent Notice outlines important details about the breach and provides information regarding a personalized letter that is being sent by Pension Benefit Information (PBI) to all impacted Members of the System.     

Please distribute this Urgent Notice to your LOPFI-covered Members and Local Plan Members that are in locations administered by LOPFI as soon as possible.
